Classic Sauvignon Blanc

Aromas of gooseberry, sweet lime, and apple. A lively palate of zesty citrus fruits combines with pear and passionfruit to produce a well-balanced wine with a long flavoursome finish. Serve chilled with fish, shellfish, chicken, and pork or simply enjoy on its own!

Classic Chardonnay

Packed with ripe tropical aromas and hints of sweet vanilla. A medium to full bodied wine delivering all the nose promised. Delightfully fruit driven  with a long-lasting finish. Serve chilled with roast chicken, smoked fish, creamy pasta dishes and risotto. Delightful with food also just as good on its own!  

Classic Cabernet Sauvignon

 Ripe berry fruits on the nose with hints of pepper and spice. Round and smooth across the palate with a good balance of autumnal fruit, spice, and hints of chocolate. A well-balanced wine with a long finish. Works very well with steaks, stews, and pastas and also perfect with cheese and crackers.  

Classic Cabernet Shiraz

  A delicious wine reflecting the fine art of blending. Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz complement each other in a full fruit driven wine, rich berry aromas and elegance. Wonderful with tomato based pasta dishes, beef dishes and sipped along with some dark chocolate. 

Estate Chardonnay

Chardonnay in its purest form, unoaked and allowed to express itself as the classic grape it is. A full bodies wine with aromas of rich tropical fruit.  Lively and round with apple, pear and citrus flavours.

Estate Chenin Blanc

An array of perfumes on the nose: apple and pear, some kumquat and guava. The apple intensifies in the flavours, ripe and crunchy. A good palate weight, a rounded mouthfeel, and a fresh lift.

Estate Blanc de Noir

Made from Pinotage. A pale copper pink, with vivid plums and cranberry flavours. 

A dry flavoursome finish  with a touch of minerals  

Estate Merlot

Our Merlot has mixed red berries and cherries on the pallette with hints of white pepper, dusty spice and some dark chocolate. Smooth with a long finishThis Cabernet displays flaours of Dark Berry & Plum Fruit with a hint of vanilla and spicy oak. Smooth and well rounded Autumnal fruit flavours and a long flavoursome finish

Estate Shiraz

35% spent 18 months in barriques giving this shiraz the smoky/savoury favours but the fruit shines through. Glacé cherries and plums, with touches of spice and peppercorns. Juicy, smooth and fruit-driven

Reserve Chenin Blanc

Fully oaked for 24 months the savoury element is prominent with notes of toasted almonds and shortbread too, but there’s enough fruit to balance it. Dried peach and apricot, ending savoury and dry. This is a rich, powerful wine. 

Reserve Chardonnay

Heaps of spiced citrus rind on the nose. The lively fruit carries through to the palate where it is supported by hints of caramel, oak and warm spices. Full bodied and rich with balancing acidity, 80% Matured in New French Oak 400litre barrels for 26 months.

Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep mahogany colour  ripe fruit, cherry, and blackcurrant Well balanced oak nose. Layers of rich blackcurrant, plum and black cherry with tobacco undertones. Juicy yet elegant, Subtle tones of oak spice and vanilla and well-integrated tannins.

Reserve Tempranillo

Deep burgundy in colour with rich caramel notes and concentrated dark fruit. Fleshy and well-rounded, it shows intense dark fruit, mocha and caramel flavours on the palate. Subtle sweetness, balanced acidity and structured tannins

Reserve Malbec

36 months oak. Very dark in colour, Ripe and generous, opulent, with dense dark fruit, black plums and prunes which handles the oaking, but becoming more meaty, gamy, with dried herbs and spicy liquorice
